Terms of Use

SwatBrowser · Effective date: July 7, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SwatBrowser ("the App"), an iOS web browser developed and operated by HBKL Labs LLC. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

What the App does

SwatBrowser is a web browser that blocks intrusive pop-ups, popunders, scripted-tab ads, sneaky redirects, interstitial gates, clickjack overlays, and similar abusive page behavior. It is a tool to make ordinary web browsing less disruptive. It is not intended to enable, promote, or facilitate access to unlawful content.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

Subscriptions and billing

  • SwatBrowser offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime purchase through Apple's in-app purchase system.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Break any applicable law or infringe anyone's rights.
  • Access, distribute, or store content you are not legally permitted to.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the App or any service it relies on.

You are responsible for the sites you choose to visit and for your conduct while browsing. The App does not host web content; it renders the pages you navigate to.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Web pages use many techniques, and while the shield blocks a broad range of abusive behavior, we do not guarantee that it will block every pop-up, redirect, or intrusive element on every site. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBKL Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Your sole remedy if you are dissatisfied with the App is to stop using it.

Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HBKL Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
